You become more of who you truly are, when you choose compassion and kindness. It must start from being kind to yourself.

When we are in touch with our creativity, through passion and excitement, we always put ourselves in the most expansive state of consciousness. Fear slows down our development, while love supports a rapid growth.

The now reality is our only home, where everything already is. There is no other home we came from, and we might think we shall return to.

We cannot perceive what we are not vibrationally a part of.
We cannot be affected by an experience of evil, when we are focused on peace, harmony and love.

Life becomes much more easier when we do what we say and when we say what we do. Having courage to be ourselves is a gateway to freedom and happiness.

Spirit does not belong to any particular religion because It has nothing to do with any religion and humanity cannot claim any exclusivity to It because we and our planet is nothing but a drop in the ocean of this endless Universe.
